I bought the 9″ signature Skillet November 2024 … December 2025 we discovered a crack on the bottom that went all the way through. It was not noticeable until the pan was slowly heating up – and we discovered liquid running onto stove top.
We followed all the care instructions for product … and yet when emailing customer service for their 10 year warranty – we got the “replacement guarantee” (THEY AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME YOU DID THE DAMAGE)!!!
**So beware on their warranty – they don’t appear to really stand behind it, and assume any problems – you caused.
So shipping is the customer’s responsibility…and 1st item they’ll replace – and when it fails again in a year or so – you pay 20% of the current cost of product….
Numerous people have reported same issues in quality and warranty claims.
